Stone Cottage Restoration
Burra, SA
This project involves restoring sections of a historic stone cottage that had deteriorated over time. Previous repairs using cement-based materials had caused moisture issues and damage to the surrounding stone.
All cement was carefully removed and replaced with traditional lime mortar, allowing the building to breathe and function properly again. Damaged areas were rebuilt to match the original construction.

Stone Wall Repointing
Norwood, SA
This project involved repointing a stone wall where the existing mortar had failed and been replaced in areas with cement.
The incorrect materials were removed and replaced with a lime mortar mix matched to the original colour and texture. This restored both the appearance and performance of the wall.

Stonework Restoration
Woodside, SA
This project involved the restoration of stone masonry in Woodside, where sections of the wall had deteriorated and previous repairs had begun to fail.
All unsuitable materials were removed and replaced with traditional lime mortar, matched to the original colour and texture. This restored both the appearance and performance of the masonry.
The project has now been completed, with the building repaired using materials appropriate to its original construction.

Stonework Restoration
Hawker,

This project involved the restoration of a historic stone cottage in Hawker, where sections of the masonry had deteriorated over time.
All unsuitable materials were carefully removed, with damaged areas stabilised and rebuilt where required. The building was then repointed using traditional lime mortar, matched to the original construction in both colour and texture.
The project has now been completed using materials and methods appropriate to the building, restoring both its appearance and long-term performance.
